How do I cancel my subscription?

Our platform delivers digital content — annotated wave count charts, PDF reports, and dashboard access — which becomes available immediately upon subscription. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment. By completing your purchase, you confirm that delivery begins immediately and that you acknowledge this condition. Yes. Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If a renewal payment fails, it will be retried automatically.
